Hermann Werner cord clamps – from inspiration to perfection down to the very last detail

We manufacture punched/bent metal parts according to drawings, samples or individual specifications, including full subsequent processing and finishing treatment and assembly in predetermined batch sizes.

We also produce the closing tools for assembly purposes, because in some applications the closing tools and cords have to be very precisely matched to each other.

Our range includes approximately 1,500 articles for cord diameters from 2 mm to 8 mm, depending on the application. The processed materials include iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, zinc-nickel (CR6-free) in thicknesses from 0.30 to 0.70 mm. The surfaces can be nickel-plated, zinc-plated, black galvanised or blue passivated. In the process, we finish the products during electroplating as bulk goods. Other materials and galvanic coatings are available on request.
